2. Registration & Payment

Program participation requires registration and full payment in advance unless otherwise agreed.
PV Soccer reserves the right to withdraw or cancel services, reschedule sessions, or deny participation based on health, conduct, or non-payment.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy (available upon request).

3. User Conduct

When using our website or participating in PV Soccer programs, users must:

Behave respectfully and safely toward staff, coaches, and other participants
Avoid any form of harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination
Not use the website or programs for spam, self-promotion, or unlawful activity
Not impersonate others or submit false information

PV Soccer reserves the right to remove participants from programs or disable user accounts without refund for violations of this policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the PV Soccer website, including text, logos, images, videos, training materials, and program structures, is the intellectual property of PV Soccer and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in physical training carries inherent risks. PV Soccer and its coaches are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages arising from training or use of services

Parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing and accepting risks on behalf of minor participants.

Return and Refund Policy

At PV Soccer, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality coaching, training, and merchandise. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Program Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and proper planning, we offer the following terms:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of a program or session are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may receive a partial refund (minus administrative or booking fees).
No Refund: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or early withdrawals unless due to medical reasons (with documentation).
Session Credits: In some cases, missed sessions may be credited toward future training (at our discretion).

2. Merchandise Returns

If you purchase PV Soccer merchandise (e.g. apparel, gear), the following applies:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
Refunds issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Exchanges available for sizing issues (if stock permits)

To initiate a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return.

3. Return Process

To return merchandise or request a refund for a service:
